        · The term company also includes sole traders;

        · The Authorising Officer is someone within your company who is authorised to approve this access         
         request. The Authorising Officer must be someone from the company other than yourself, unless you are
         registering as a sole trader;

        · Once you have created your account, access the manage your account link on the DMIRS website to:

        o request access as an Authorised Company Administrator (an employee of the company who
                 has the ability to manage users of the system on behalf of the company); and

        o Add additional companies to your account.

EARS 2 is a new easy-to-use online system which allows submission and tracking of the following Mineral
Environmental Compliance Reporting:

Annual Environmental Reports (AER)

Mining Rehabilitation Fund (MRF)


This form is intended to be used to request Company Administrator access to the EARS 2 system on behalf of a
company. A Company Administrator is an employee of the company who will have the ability to setup and
administer other users of the system on behalf of the company. Company Administrator requests will be
screened and checked.

 

Please note, the term 'company' also includes sole traders.

 

Consultants must request access to EARS 2 via the company they are representing and not via this form.

 

Please note, if you are requesting access to a company that already has a nominated company administrator
your request will be rejected as once a company administrator exists, all user access requests should be made
through them.

Provides public access to the Environmental Assessment and Regulatory System 2 (EARS 2) including the ability
to lodge MRF submissions and to view the publicly available information on AER. For site or company access
please contact your Authorised Company Administrator.

Provides access for the submission of Annual Environmental Reports (AER).

Mineral Titles Online (MTO) provides details of mineral exploration and mining tenements in Western Australia.

 

Tengraph Web displays the position of Western Australian mining tenements and petroleum titles in relation to
other land information and provides an easy means of determining land available for mineral exploration.

The Safety Regulation System (SRS) is a corporate business system that aims to provide an integrated and
efficient management environment for Approvals, Audits, Notices, Notifications and Registrations.


Provides access for searching for and viewing Safety Bulletins, Significant Incident Reports and Fatality
Summaries. For site or company access please contact your Authorised Company Administrator.

Provides access for the review of Audits and Notices, and submission of Injury, Notifiable Incident and
Monthly Status Reports, Appointments, Elections, Management Plans and Technical Submissions and
Specific Mines Safety Exemptions / Agreements.
